Enjoy a dinner extravaganza at Hotel St Francis

In celebration of the week-long Santa Fe Wine & Chile Fiesta, Hotel St. Francis once again hosts the most popular dinner party in town. Join us in celebration of food, wine, and local fun as we open our doors to the public in celebration of this week-long tradition.

From September 24-28, 2008 the streets will be filled with celebration and Hotel St. Francis will be serving some of the best local cuisine from top Executive Chef Dwayne A. Jordan, CEC.

About the Annual Dinner

Our wine dinner will feature wines from Casa Lapostolle and champagne from Moet Chandon. We will serve a five course meal with the first four courses being paired with wines from Casa Lapostolle. Our dessert entrée will be infused with champagne from Moet Chandon and also accompanied with a second variety if champagne from Moet Chandon.

Our Dinner is scheduled for Thursday, September 25, 2008. A reception will begin at 6:30pm and dinner will follow at 7:00pm. The cost for our meal is $135.00 per person inclusive of tax and gratuity. Click here to read the full menu.

About the Santa Fe Wine and Chile Fiesta

The week begins with wine classes and tastings at various locations in Santa Fe going into wine dinners, such as ours, that will feature wines paired with courses to include the main ingredient of New Mexico "Chile" with representatives of the featured wines offering discussions about their wines.

The weekend will begin with a public tasting at the grounds of the Santa Fe Opera. The Hotel St. Francis will offer tastings of one of our signature appetizers. This event is expected to draw a crowd of 3000 attendees. Sunday will follow with a VIP Golf tournament at Towa Golf Course. The Hotel St Francis representative will be stationed at the 9th hole along with a representative from Gruet Winery. Golfers will enjoy a light food item accompanied by samples of Gruet wines. The same set up will occur at each hole with different local restaurants being paired with Gruet Wines and Champagnes. Come enjoy this Very-VIP event.
