This fine dining establishment in Hotel St. Francis features the culinary masterpieces of renowned Chef Estevan Garcia. Enjoy an authentic New-Mexican inspired menu featuring local, organic farm-to-table ingredients. Chef Garcia's menu is inspired by traditional northern New Mexican cuisine, his personal experience in a Franciscan monastery and love of the freshest local ingredients. On warm days, our seasonal patio and loggia is the perfect spot for surveying the vibrant Santa Fe street scene. Secreto features the unique concoctions of Santa Fe's #1 Cocktail Blogger and Mixologist, Chris Milligan (www.santafebarman.com) and his talented staff. Chris's knowledge and passion for mixology are exemplified by his unique Garden-to-Glass cocktail creations. Tell him a type of alcohol and fruits or vegetables and Chris will concoct a special cocktail exclusively for you with the perfect balance of flavors. Secreto's signature drink is the Spicy Secreto (Las Vegas, NV 2010 "Shake It Up" 1st place winner). Experience this tantalizing blend of Cabana Cachaca and St. Germain elderflower liqueur with fresh cucumber, jalapeno, lime juice, cane syrup and rimmed with red chile salt. 1912 Cocktail Special at Secreto

• New Mexico is celebrating its 100th year as a state.  As the oldest hotel in Santa Fe, Hotel St. Francis is the best place to experience this history. Each month Secreto Lounge is offering a unique cocktail inspired by the year 1912.  
• This month our 1912 Cocktail Special is the Dry Martini. This drink was first published in 1912, and is made with Beefeater London Dry Gin, Noilly Pratt Dry Vermouth, and Orange Bitters.
