Tia's Cocina New Mexican Restaurante and Low ‘n Slow Lowrider Bar
Just a few blocks across the plaza is our sister property, Hotel Chimayo de Santa Fe. The new restaurant, Tia's Cocina, features authentic Chimayo chile and traditional New Mexican recipes. Low ‘n Slow Lowrider Bar has decor designed by Chimayo craftsman that celebrates lowrider culture and includes some favorite New Mexican comfort foods.
